This magnificent 780 square meter villa on four levels features a large swimming pool and stunning views of the surroundings from several terraces and the carefully tended and landscaped garden.
As well as a vast living room with panoramic views, a dining table, a fireplace, a grand piano and a bar, the ground level also has a fully equipped marble-and-wood kitchen on the left, an office and a toilet.
The basement floor has a games room with air hockey, pool, table football, darts and a private home theater with a 100” screen and 6 cinema seats. In the same space, there is gym room with an elliptical trainer, a treadmill, an exercise bike and an ab machine. There is also a bathroom with a sauna and a full body shower.
The second floor has one master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a fireplace, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a TV, as well as a private veranda.
This floor also has two en-suite bedrooms with king-sized beds and a toilet as well as a living room with stunning views, a large circular sofa, a fireplace, a chess table and a table with chips and roulette.
The third floor, with its characteristic wooden pitched roof, features double two bedrooms with king sized beds, a bathroom with a shower and a jacuzzi and a terrace ideal for sunbathing and relaxation under the Greek sun.
In total COTTON VILLA #9 has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and can accommodate 10+2 guests.
In the outdoor area, the guests will find the spectacular swimming pool, complete with sunbeds, parasols, towels and an outdoor shower, which offers the option of hot water.
There are two BBQs, one for coal and one that operates with natural gas.
With ample indoor and outdoor communal spaces as well as private bedrooms, COTTON VILLA #9 is perfect for both families and friends travelling as a group.
